• Bookings are confirmed only after direct communication with our team.
• We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with as much notice as possible.

• All prices listed on our website are starting prices in Australian dollars (AUD).
• Final pricing is confirmed before the service commences.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

• You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and timely access to the property at the agreed time.
• If access is not provided at the scheduled time, a call-out fee may apply.
• Any hazards or special conditions at the property must be disclosed prior to the service.

• We take care when working in your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
• Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty or defective fixtures, fittings, or surfaces.

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, which may include a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost.
